What does shipping cost?

C$7.95 within Canada, and free over C$80.00. The amount is shown before you pay.

How long does delivery take?

7 to 12 business days in total: 1 to 3 business days to get your order ready and 6 to 9 business days in transit. We count in business days, not calendar days.

Where does my order ship from?

From the warehouse of our production partner in Zhejiang, China. The last leg is carried by a local carrier in Canada.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You get a tracking number by email once the parcel is with the carrier, and you follow it on the tracking page. The first scan can take 24 to 48 hours.

How do I return something?

You have 14 days from delivery. Email support@caelivane.com with your order number and you get the return address and a reference. Everything is in the returns policy.

What size should I take?

These are sized by body weight, not by dress size: L covers 40 to 70 kg, XL covers 60 to 90 kg and 2XL covers 80 to 110 kg. See the size guide.

Are duties included?

There are no import duties or customs charges for you on delivery within Canada. Taxes are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
