The first days can look empty

The first scan can appear 24 to 48 hours after dispatch. While there is no scan yet nothing is wrong; the parcel is moving but not registered.

If it takes too long

If your parcel has not arrived 7 business days after the expected delivery date, email support@caelivane.com with your order number. We chase it with the carrier and come back to you within one business day.
